When you say "you'll be in my prayers" do you actually pray for them?

🇲🇽
I've always wondered this and since I recently went through a rough ectopic pregnancy I've been hearing a lot of "I'll pray for you" and "you'll be in my prayers". I know my close friends and family do pray for me, but when a stranger (i.e. someone on Glow) says they will pray for you, I always wonder if they actually sit down and include your name in their prayers, or if it is just something they say to be kind in the moment. So, if you are someone who has said this to a stranger (online or otherwise), do you actually pray specifically for them?
