Definitely a fact!
A guy saying he has blue balls usually sounds like a desperate attempt to get laid.
But, scientifically, it's a real thing.
It happens from the build up of pressure from blood flowing to his penis.
And yes, the whole thing can make his balls a slight shade darker than they normally are.
Still, he can fix this problem on his own so you should never feel pressured into having sex.
