Symptoms after miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage yesterday at 4w6d, there were some cramps and some heavy bleeding yesterday but today there hasn't been much bleeding but still having cramps, I'm lightheaded, nauseous, have a headache and my blood pressure is a bit high. Anyone else have similar symptoms after the miscarriage?

I did. I had severe cramps, migraines, nausea, light headed, fatigue, the works. For a whole month after until my next period.

I had an early miscarriage also. From what I can remember I got a really bad migrane shortly after I had stopped bleeding & sorry tmi but I also got diarrhea pretty bad for about a day and felt sick. Try to drink lots of water & take some Tylenol. I hope you get to feeling better & I'm sorry about your loss! Maybe get a check up with your doctor if things don't get better. & get plenty of rest!! I know there's risk of infection to if your body doesn't expel all of the tiddue, just a thought though.

I had my miscarriage back in August, I was 14 weeks.  I was rushed to the ER were I gave birth to my baby girl..  I was very sick and in pain for about a month.
I also had an infection in my uterus thay my ob was watching and that is what caused most of my pain. Just keep your head up I know how hard it is amd you also have the baby in your heart. It's almost Been a year And I still cry and get mad when I see others with baby's and pregnant women...

I have been light-headed and it's hat to catch my breath! I had a D&C on Saturday at 12 weeks, and I went back to work today. I was surprised that I couldn't teach fully today because of losing my breath. I had an appt with my doctor after school and he said I should expect this for 2-3 more weeks since I lost so much blood. No exercise. I've had the light bleeding and cramping, but is anyone else experiencing this?

I experienced the heavy bleeding from my miscarriage yesterday. I would have been around 7 weeks. I had been spotting for a few days before then had heavy bleeding for the evening and now have no symptoms. The only follow up my midwife wants is to do a beta test in a few weeks to make sure all the pregnancy tissue is gone. If you are feeling strange symptoms (flu like) it might be a good idea to call your dr to make sure all the tissue is out!

I'm in the middle of having one and I have no symptoms. No bleeding, no pain, nothing. It makes it that much more difficult to believe.
