Unfortunately, most women in our community do not know their cervical mucus (CM) patterns. Nearly 33% of over 17,000 Glow users who answered this poll said they don't track their CM at all and 32% answered “not really”, only 8.5% said that they were intimately aware of what their normal pattern of cervical mucus is.
