breast lump breast lump

I've just turned 21

Last year I felt a lump in my breast didn't think much of it

So 2 weeks ago I went to the doctors for it

It's about 7cm long roughly

Oval shape and hurt when I press it! It don't move and hasn't gone away.

During my period my boobs get sooo sore and I have shooting pains in them both

So the doctor could feel my lump and she said I don't think there's anything to worry about, I think it's just a gland.. or something she said... and then she asked not advised ASKED if I want to be referred to the breast clinic which I obviously said yes to...

Do you think there's need to worry? Will everything most likely be ok?

I'm just asking because my baby nephew had her and she said he downs t have a chest infection then days later he had to go to hospital for it!!!
