conception date based on due date?

Okay I know I probably sound very incompetent but how do you count back to find your conception date based on your due date

LMP only works if your semi regular. The cycle I conceived was 60 days long! 🙈😂 so my OB just had to do an ultrasound and measure the fetus for a EDD.

Based off your last period you would be 6W6D but that's based on a normal 28 day cycle. Did you ovulate a week later than you thought? According to this, conception date is on/around Feb 18

They go by the first day of your last period. Because the baby grows so fast, and you never really know when exactly the baby implanted if I'm saying that right because it happens 7-10 days after you ovulate.

It is however many weeks you are minus two weeks - give or take. But that's just an estimate because it takes anywhere from six to twelve days to implant after ovulation. If they say you are 8 weeks pregnant thant you probably conceived around 6 weeks ago.
