Preeclampsia

Yesterday I went in for a doctor's appointment and ended up getting admitted into the hospital because they were concerned I might have preeclampsia due to high blood pressure and protein in my urine. They did a bunch of blood tests that came back good but said there is still a risk. So I have to go back today and Monday for more testing. Has anyone gone through this and had it be nothing? I'm trying to avoid Google because I know that will stress me out.
