If his head is sweaty, get him into something cooler/take blankets off of him, but keep checking to make sure he's not getting too cold after. Then, check his temperature, if it's elevated at all, he'll need to be seen. If not, just keep feeding him, and if his little nose gets stuffy use saline drops and a bulb syringe or nose freida.

If he has a fever and is coughing and or sneezing he may have a cold. Or he may be overdressed for his environment and be a typical baby and sound congested.
Could be that the air in your home is too dry, run a humidifier in baby's bed room and in the living area to keep baby comfortable
