spotting at 27 weeks?

Anybody else experienced any spotting? I haven't, the whole pregnancy, but I woke up this morning (after a weird dream about bleeding) to see a small blood stain on the pillow I sleep with between my legs. It's very light, didn't soak all the way through the pillow cover and I'm not 100% sure it was even from last night because I don't normally look at that part of the pillow so it could have happened another night. Baby is moving fine and i have no other symptoms...
