pre eclampsia 30+1

Girls, I'm 30+1 and have woken up today with such a bad headache and just not feeling myself... have been having cramps and my back and hips are really hurting... have been looking up pre eclampsia as I have been tested as positive for protein in my urine - I have like 5 symptoms that are listed on the symptoms list. I think I will phone triage as I don't feel well today. I'm worried as I'm only 30 weeks and this being my first baby scared what will happen... has anyone had preeclampsia before? What were your symptoms? Tia (no negative comments I'm just very worried and upset)
