Braxton hix 27 weeks?

Okay ladies I am 27 weeks along with my daughter and these past couple of days I am having some pretty bad lower back pain. Are these contractions or what? Not sure what's going on. Or are these Braxton hix in my back?

Make sure you are "overly" hydrated 😉 like 60+ oz a day, take a bath and relax if they are still bad and are more than 5 an hour my midwife recommends calling. But always check with your own dr to see what they recommend.

It could just be back pain from the way the baby is laying.
