pre-eclampsia

So the last few days I have been taking it pretty easy but the swelling in my feet won't go down. I have been experiencing headaches and seeing stars if I move my head quickly. I stopped at the pharmacy on my way home today and my blood pressure was 148/102. Is this too high? I'm wondering if it's concerning enough to page my midwife or wait until my appointment Tuesday. My blood pressure the last few appointments have been about 125/80.
