Vitex results?

Anyone take this before? What were your results? Any side effects? Did it regulate your cycle? Did you get that bfp?

I took it because my cycles were long (60 days). The first cycles I fell pregnant but had a v early miscarriage. I don't think it was related. Second cycle was 52 days. Third cycle I got pregnant again and currently 21 weeks! My cycle was on schedule for 35 days which I would have been so pleased with. When it takes 2 months for 1 cycle you have half the chances of anyone else. I can't comment on effect on period because mine is light anyway. It regulates, so it helps with any hormone imbalance.

I recently just went 100 days without a period. Took highest dose of Vitex for 5 days and got my period! I was so excited how fast it worked. Hopefully it continues and this is a kind of normal cycle. I let my doctor know I am taking it and it helped. She said she has not read any harm it can do but to not take it when pregnant. Just ended my period today and it was only 5 days and one day was heavy and the rest were fairly light. Pretty pleased with it so far!!!! 😍 I highly suggest it if you have irregular periods- more than 35-40 day cycles. It messes you up if you have regular cycles.

I'm taking in attempt to regulate my frequently long, unpredictable, erratic cycles. I've had 7 periods since last may and they range from 90days to 26 days with two 39 day cycles thrown in the mix. Three of those seven periods were unnatural and induced with provera when the timeframe started to get a little lengthy as going two or more moths without a period increases your risk for uterine cancer.

I started taking it 3 months ago, my cycle was getting kinda weird (going from my regular 28-29 days down to 21-22 randomly) and the past 2 months it is back to 29 days and my opk have showed regular ovulation both months around  the same time! Also my cycles the past months have been ALOT less painful and lighter (used to have heavier periods) I'm currently in my tww so no word on if it has work yet but yayy for regular/less painful cycles. Baby dust to you! 💙
