Which product do you use for periods and why?

Tampons because I have a heavy flow so I go through pads too fast and it feels like I'm sitting in blood and wearing a diaper. I haven't mastered the diva cup yet

Menstrual cup because it doesn't cause infections for me, its easy, its a wise investment over the long run compared to spending money for packs of pads and tampons, and it reduced cramps. It can also stay in for 12 hours.

I find tampons better because I can play sports and be more active. I also find them a lot more comfortable than pads. :)

I used to use tampons. But I just bought a menstrual cup for a few reasons.

I like camping. A cup would be so much easier to deal with while camping instead of having to find a way to dispose of pads or tampons.

I'm sick of using tampons at work. All my coworkers are male. I hate having to grab a tampon from my bag and then walk to the bathroom with it 🙄 and then burying my used tampons in the trash. With a cup, no one will ever know.

I'm also just sick of spending $15 a month on tampons. Cup is a $30 investment and will last me a good long while. Saving money.

It's also just more environmentally friendly in general. I'll be one less person throwing away cotton and plastic.
