How do you and your partner split up the house work?

I was just curious as to how each household splits ups the house work between spouses. My husband and I have been married for several years. I do ALL of the house work but if I don't do something He'll always ask "Are you going to sweep and mop?" (We have hardwood floors). All while he sits in his recliner and watches TV. I get no offers for him to help and often times he'll say mean things like "so you folded some laundry, and swept and your tires?" It's really hurtful and stressful because I feel unappreciated and it makes me think he thinks I don't do anything. We've had countless talks and arguments about this and I'm at my wits end.
