Planter fasciitis after pregnancy

Just wondering if anyone else developed plantar fasciitis after pregnancy? My son is almost 6 months now and ever since I had him, my foot is always in pain. Not sure if it's the last bit of pregnancy weight I need to loose causing it or just my body getting back to normal still. If this has happened to you, what did you do to help it?
