What are some things you wish you would've known while pregnant or after birth with twins?  :)

I wish i would of been more educated about how often people begin to get a short cervix between 20-30 weeks i had no other signs n wouldnt of even known if i didnt attend my ultrasound. i believe if i was educated i would of tooken it easy n would of avoided preterm labour scare... i was on hospitle bedrest at 24 weeks for 3 weeks n spent the last week on bedrest at home n will continue for the next 8 weeks hopefully... just remember ur body is holding double the weight and needs double the rest ... gravity becomes your enemy
