paragard + cramps
So I got my paragard about a month and a half ago, but have yet to get my period. I spotted for about a week, but my period is pretty irregular anyway so im not worried.
However, ive had THE WORST CRAMPS OF MY LIFE during the past two days and don't know what else to do. Im guessing that means my period is coming. Pain meds dont seem to do much and i can't have a heating pad at work so im not sure what else will help. If anyone has been through this and has had something work please let me know! Im desperate at this point.
