Diarrhea in second trimester???

This is so embarrassing but I actually had an accident the other day. My stomach was bubbling so bad so I figured I'd pass gas to relieve myself and full blown sharted! At a fucking grocery store! It was clear which was quite disturbing and I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary. That was Friday. My bowels went back to normal after that. Fast forward to today and my stomach was hurting again. This time I made it to the bathroom. I had went a couple time already today and they were normal so I'm not sure why diarrhea hit me again. I felt fine after that. Went to dinner. I literally had to run to the bathroom after eating. Diarrhea again!!! I'm literally doing NOTHING different. What the hell could it be???? I will be 25 weeks pregnant tomorrow.
