Miscarriage

So my husband and i have been trying for a baby for about 8 years now with no luck until last week when i found out i was pregnant. We were so excited it finally happened for us, that is until i had a miscarriage yesterday. In so devastated i don't know how to cope with this pain. I feel like no one understands. I feel like people think its not a big deal and say i should look on the bright side cause i finally was able to concieve. How have you ladies that have gone through a miscarriage especially after trying for so long deal with it? I feel like i cant breathe.
