Clueless

Girls please help me. So I guess you can say me and my fiance are trying for a baby I skipped January's period I had February's period and then I skipped this months period. I don't know if I can have kids. It's like we not really trying as much as we was before because we know the more you try, no baby. So I think I'm pregnant I don't took one pregnancy test before the start of my period that I skipped but it said negative. I mean I don't what to think yes I have signs of being pregnant but the test comes out negative
