Laparoscopy to remove fallopian tube success???

Question

So in may I go in for a laparoscopy to remove my left fallopian tube that is blocked and remove scar tissue.  Can anyone give me some advice,  any successful pregnancies after doing a laparoscopy and removal of a tube.  How did it take to heel from a procedure.

I had my right tube removed back in August. Unfortunately, my husband and I weren't able to start trying to conceive until January (I had to get the chicken pox vaccine). I am on my 5th round of letrozole and just received my second trigger shot today so, hopefully I will get my BFP. 
I took about 4 days off from work. I really wasn't in much pain, but everyone handles pain differently. There were a few things I had issues with: I had terrible shoulder pain (my doctor said it was from filling my stomach with gas), the anesthesia made me sick, and finally having bowel movements was an issue. I would suggest investing in some laxatives and stool softener.
