hcg levels

So I went last Wednesday for my first appointment and there was only a gestational sac measuring 5 weeks 4 days, even though according to lmp I was 7 weeks. Because nothing else was seen I did hcg and progesterone that day and again on Friday. Well I called this morning asking for results and the receptionist just said that dr wanted me to do it again today. So I went and now it's been 3 hours!!! I want to know already what is going on with my levels. I can't wait til Wednesday I'm hoping I go in and there is baby and yolk sac and a heartbeat!!! I'm so scared of losing this baby, my first was a stillborn after 5 months of hyperemesis and then we had our Rainbow Princess!! This baby was planned but a surprise for coming so early but I want him/her as much as the other 2!!!!!!!
