Condoms + Pull out?

Anyone else use condoms & pull out method together? How safe are you if the condom did not break and he pulled out? I'm not on hormonal BC.

My boyfriend and I use it. We use spermicide condoms plus he pulls out and I'm on the nc patch but because I'm over 200 so it may not be as effective like 80% is why we go the extra mile

It was fine with me in the beginning when I first had sex. That used to be my only form of protection, but after I've experienced the condoms breaking 3 times in a row when I had sex; so I got on birth control to be safe.
