Oh the pacifier.....

Ashley
Sooo I figured out that my baby would take a little longer nap that she desperately needed if I gave her back her pacifier after she started waking up.....I really do not like doing this but she needs her naps. She wakes up a couple times at night for her pacifier.....we co sleep half the night usually..and she will hit me on the arm until I put her pacifier back in her mouth...not sure how to curb the use of her pacifier since she won't sleep without it for very long.  She whines for it at night when she wakes up along with the hitting me. We usually do bottle/oatmeal, bath(or lotion when we're not doing a bath), lay her down in her crib with her pacifier and she'll go right to sleep then wake up about 1 or 2am whining for it so I usually just put her in our bed so I don't have to keep getting up to give her her pacifier....any ideas.....? My hubby got to where when he was sorta watching her he would lightly hold the pacifier in her mouth while she went to sleep for her naps.....and this is kinda where the pacifier at night time problems started...
