any ICU nurses on here?

Looking for some advice or similar situation. My grandmother has end stage renal disease. Dialysis was due to occur soon but she was brought to the ER on Fri after being confused, shaky, and going to the bathrm in her own bed without moving. She seemed ok then suddenly stopped breathing. Emergency dialysis has occurred twice in the last 24 hrs. Hemoglobin is at a 6 and blood transfusion happening tonight. They think there is an infection but cant find it yet so shes on a heavy antibiotic. Still on the breathing machine. No fever.
