Taking workout supplements while TTC?
My husband and I are TTC newbies so I've been trying to take steps toward being healthier. I am currently taking a prenatal multivitamin, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) for metabolism boost and muscle definition, and pre-workout. I've read different things on taking supplements while TTC, but I'd like some honest opinions from any women that have been in this position. Should I stop taking them now or just when I become pregnant?
