PCOS and Acne 😩😡

I'm CD33 & no sign of AF, meanwhile my acne is currently out of control... it's to the point where idk if I want to put makeup on to hide it, or leave it off in hopes my face will clear up... i never use to have issue with my skin & lately it's made me so depressed.. 😭 when I was younger I use to wonder how peoples acne got so bad & now I feel their pain. Anyone else with PCOS have acne problems & solution? 😩🙏🏽😭
