I'm 13w6d I'm trying to figure out when I will feel flutters. This may sound dumb but what exactly does it feel like? Is it like a vibration or a quick nausea feeling?

For me those first movements felt more like a muscle twitch. Kind of like when your eye twitches but in your uterus instead.
