First round of Clomid and Letrazole

Multiples?!?! I am Currently on day 14 from taking both clomid and letrazole on days 3-7. I had severe hot flashes on days 4-10 and 4 migraines during this time. I just went in for my ultrasound to see if it worked and I have 4 huge 20+mm follicles! Let's hope for multiples! Anyone else experience anything like this?!  I have not gotten a positive on an opk yet, Hopefully tomorrow!
