2 month vaccinations

My LO had her 2 month vaccinations this morning and has been super sleepy since we left the pedi's office. She has eaten a few times since then, but hasn't wanted to stay awake to do anything.

When I changed her diaper last, I noticed that she felt warm, so I checked her temp rectally, and it was 100.1.

My pedi didn't give instructions for any Tylenol, or even what to expect after the visit.

I know it is considered "normal" for babies to sleep a lot and have a fever after getting vaccinated, but should I be concerned? Should I give her Tylenol?
