Hello, Beautiful People

I need some answers so here goes. Me and my husband have been trying for baby number 4, we haven't had no luck so we gave up so one day just doing us we had our fun. Then the next day I come on my cycle on time but this time it was different it lasted for 3 days with no clotting involved, I usually last for 7 days and I always clot to cleanse my body, but as a said before it didn't happen, I was wondering have this happened to anyone else and could this mean it finally happened baby number 4.
