halo sleep sack and crib question

Kristin
My baby just started rolling over from back to belly. Total shock when I found her doing tummy time in her crib haha! At night we've been using the halo sleep sack swaddle with her arms out (she hated them inside). Do I have to stop using this and buy a regular halo sleep sack (the one without the swaddle flaps)? Or can I still use this one since she sleeps with arms out?
Also, is now the time to lower the crib mattress? Or does that happen when she can start sitting up?
