postpartum depression??

Any other moms here going though this with me? How do you manage your bad days?  How do you get your husbands to understand what your going through and how to help?

That's me🙋🏼 it's really rough some days. I was out on medicine around the time my son was 2 months old. It does help a bit but still there are days where I feel terrible and it can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days. I stay at home with my son all day everyday since he was born and he is going to be 5 months on the 10th. And due to the fact that my boyfriend and I have had to share my car since our sons birth and he goes to work during the day, I am stuck at home which isn't helping with the post part I'm either and he doesn't seem to understand that being home 24/7 makes it worse. I am our sons main caregiver from the time he wakes up until the time he goes to sleep. It's really hard sometimes not getting the help from him that I feel like I should be getting...I'm sorry this was like a little venting session for me as well🤦🏼‍♀️

Ive probably had depression before I even got pregnant but since I have a LO to look after I went to see a doctor about it. I got prescribed some meds and they do help.. When I remember to take then. I'm terrible at daily pill taking. I can definitely tell a difference though. I feel more productive on them too. My SO tries his best when I have my bad days though. He's as understanding as he can be and steps up a little more. I'd be lost without him.
