Weird emotional feeling while breastfeeding?

I'm 3 weeks postpartum and just feel waves of emotions when I'm breastfeeding. Like I'm just more sensitive! Anyone else? Ever since I've had my baby, I just feel so different. So much more emotional and weirded out feeling. Not towards him but just life.

Also if it's not 'feel good' stuff you're not alone. There is a condition called D-Mer.

Completely normal, your hormones are still all over the place and breastfeeding gives you a rush of that "feel good" hormone which adds to the mix. I'd often cry while breastfeeding... among other times like when I watched my partner fold baby clothes... :)
