help please

I'm 14 weeks and 4 days . I started spotting last week I went to the hospital they told me I was fine and let me go home and take three days off work ... I returned back to work I worked 10 hour shifts for two days and that night I woke up to use the restroom, I started to spot again with major cramps so I went to the hospital again and they told me i was fine  and I don't fee fine I'm still cramping I go back to work tomorrow for another stressful  10 hour shift .  I'm discharging brown stuff as of right now and I don't know what to do I don't want to go back to the hospital just for them to say I'm okay . And everyone keeps telling me to ask my doctor to get in bed rest I'm seriously going into depression just thinking of all this 😢
