Help Please!!!

Has anyone started spotting instead of their period while ttc? We've been trying 2 years and  I started spotting Saturday brownish/pink discharge. Everything I read says implantation bleeding. This has lasted 5 days though and is mainly when I wipe besides the occasional dot in panties. Saturday was also 10 days after my highest peak day. Anyone with similar symptoms? Was it your period or implatation? Trying not to get excited but dang it I'm impatient! Haha :)
