Me and my husband have been TTC for almost 2 years now

Me and my husband have been TTC for almost 2 years now. This past month I haven't wanted anything sweet at all which isn't normal for me, I've been sleeping so much, and I pee a lot more than I should be. Everyone kept telling me to take a test but I didn't want to because it was always negative. Eventually I got tired of listening to everyone so I just took a test to get everyone to be quiet! AND IT WAS POSITIVE! I'm 5 weeks and 2 days and my first baby doctors appointment is today! This happened on only my second round of Femara!
