so my bf fingered me for the first time today and it felt really good because he hit my g-spot and he told me that i was wet while he was fingering me. does that mean like an orgasm or ? im confused.

Being wet is the body's natural reaction to being turned on. The wetness helps the penis slide through the vagina, and helps to prevent friction and vaginal tearing. It's completely normal, but it doesn't necessarily mean that you've orgasmed. Some women will come when they're turned on or reaching orgasm, but coming is different from being wet.
