🌿For girls scared of tampons!🌿
First off many girls are scared or have tried tampons and not liked them. Just as I did a year ago. I didn't have a pad so my friend gave me a tampon, I went to the bathroom and struggled to get it in. It was painful. I told myself never again!!! But I have some tips
Tip #1Â
Get a tampon that has a plastic applicator, the cardboard ones can be dry and irritating to some ladies!
Tip#2Â
Don't start out using a normal or super, try a light when you are figuring it out! And then work your way up
Tip#3 try multiple brands, don't give up on your first try! :) try as many as you like. It's actually fun to experiment with period products! Try not to go for scented ones as it can irritate some girls
Tip#4 be relaxed and spread your legs woman! Some people think you stick it in straight up, but if you Angle it inwards it sits more comfortably
Tip#5 get it in, now it may be silly, but I know people who didn't learn to put in in deep enough. If you don't it can hurt, and leak.
If you just can't with tampons, maybe they aren't for you, but that doesn't mean you should stop experementing. There are so many products out there! But if you have a heavy flow like me tampons are; quieter, more effeciant, more comfortable, and cleaner. I hope this helps :)
