help please!!

So after 45 days between periods I finally started again. I have had light bleeding the first two days with very severe cramps and today (3rd day) was much heavier with severe cramps (also normal for day 3). But as I wiped a very weird clump came out. It was skin color and very thick like and a long string. It had blood on it but I wiped it with toilet paper and the blood came right off. (TMI) But what could this be?!
