Update: Nexplanon itchy and red mark?

I got my nexplanon inserted 4 weeks ago. It healed up fine and I haven't been having any issues (my period is late but i know my body is getting used to it and i'm not worried i could be pregnant). Sometimes it gets a little itchy, especially at night. Today it has been itchy all day and there is a little bump part of the way in that is red. I have been trying really hard not to itch it so I don't think i like pulled the scar tissue although maybe in my sleep? Anyone have anything like this happen? Did it stop? Other than this I LOVE my implant so far. Oh and the bruise looking area on the right side is just from the lighting. It isn't bruised anymore

Update: Today (next morning) it's much more red and even more itchy!!!
