UTI while pregnant normal?

So I'm 6w1d. So I haven't had sex recently, I drink plenty of water. But today I've noticed it burns slightly when i pee. Also, I'm taking amoxicillin for a pilonidal cyst (booty bump. It sucks) if that helps with my case here. Maybe the antibiotic will take out the possible UTI throughout my treatment 🙄 but let me know!
