April Fools Gender Reveal

Today was my gender reveal and I already knew that we were expecting a boy, but he didn't so we were told that it was a girl by his sister who didn't know the true gender. We already have a 5yo girl so we were hoping for a boy and we have him. I handed him a gift box that I claimed would be to welcome him into fatherhood for the second time after the reveal and when he opened it out sons ultrasound and an outfit was inside the box.
