How often do you change your cartilage jewelry?

I got my helix pierced about 3 months ago. Don't worry I'm not changing it yet! I know mine will probably take a year to 18 months to fully heal cause I always take the longer time to heal. But when it does, how often do you change the jewelry in it? I change my lobe piercings almost daily cause I love love love jewelry and have so much I just wish I could wear it all at once lol!
