Partner is addicted to electronics

Okay, So my bf of 6 months (technically longer, but we won't get into that) is always ( and I mean always) on his phone or his tablet. He even takes it into the how're with him. He knows it bothers me. And he has gotten better about not using his phone during dinner but it's like as soon as we get home or finish having sex he reaches for his electronics. He always wants to lay in bed and watch tv rather than doing something active. He is a hard worker and I know he just wants to relax, but come on!? What else can I do?
