Exercise vs Exhaustion
Has anyone had any luck with regular exercise? I had envisioned exercising 4-5 days a week at a lower to medium pace. But I'm so incredibly tired every day, especially after work. I just want to nap. It's taken all I have to exercise once a week for like 20 minutes.
I'm 8 weeks and keep hearing I'll have more energy by my second trimester. I really hope so because I feel so unhealthy laying around like a sloth all the time. Has anyone else managed to fit in mild but regular exercise at this stage? Any tips or advice?
