Is this ringworm or an eczema patch?

I honestly thought it was a patch of eczema when I bathed little one last night. When hubby got home this morning he saw it and thinks it's ringworm. If it is ringworm what should I do?

My son has/had a spot a little smaller than this on his stomach. It was perfectly round, so I was suspicious of it, too. His doctor said ezcema. I've been using Eucerin Baby Ezcema and Aquafore and it is barely visible now. But when his skin has a flair up, some of the same spots come back.

It looks like ring worm, but in that location on the body makes me think eczema. Either way I would make sure and see the pediatrician just incase for treatment

It's just dry. Wash with hydromol it's really good for any dry skin conditions. You can also use it as a cream

My 6 mo old had the same thing on her leg, ped said it was eczema. Dove sensitive bar soap and a little bit of cortisone cream and it was gone in a couple days

My daughter has this as well on her back. Her pediatrician says it's baby eczema.

Definitely eczema. We do a lukewarm bath every night, no soap, and lotion immediately after to lock in the moisture
