My due date is May 18th. I had my other two children at 39 weeks. My husband got a letter today to summon him to jury duty starting may 1st and lasting 2 weeks. He can send a letter asking to be excused from it but I'm so scared they will deny it. I'm scared he will miss our son's birth because of this. 😢 I'm already worried about whether or not he can take vacation to be home and help the first week after the baby is born and now this. Will the fact that I am due around the time of his jury duty be reason enough for them to excuse him?
