So confused!!!!help please

Omg guys I'm sooooo confused and scared on February my period came in the 24. On March my period did not come at all! But then yesterday I started getting spotting very little blood but only when i wiped. And woke up this morning the same only very little period look alike blood. So i was thinking I could be pregnant but I'm so confused with this now...any idea or has this happened to anyone before? Comment please .yesterday i went and bought a test a d was going to test this morning but then this happened. Comment please 😣
